Refunds & Replacements Are Available If:
- The item arrives damaged (photo/video proof required within 10 days of delivery)
- The item is incorrect or missing (photo/video proof required)
- The order is canceled before itβs processed
Refunds Are Not Available If:
- The tracking shows the item was delivered
- The customer changes their mind after delivery
- The product is customized or print-on-demand (non-cancellable after payment)
Return Shipping:
In most cases, customers do not need to return the item to receive a refund or replacement.
