Refunds & Replacements Are Available If:

  • The item arrives damaged (photo/video proof required within 10 days of delivery)
  • The item is incorrect or missing (photo/video proof required)
  • The order is canceled before it’s processed

Refunds Are Not Available If:

  • The tracking shows the item was delivered
  • The customer changes their mind after delivery
  • The product is customized or print-on-demand (non-cancellable after payment)

Return Shipping:
In most cases, customers do not need to return the item to receive a refund or replacement.
